I’ve always been a Tapatio or Cholula guy but this stuff has taken over the top spot in the hot sauce hierarchy!! The Serrano is absolutely great and my favorite but the others are fantastic as well. The ghost pepper is hot but the flavor is so good you’ll still eat it😂😂

For those who wish to dabble in heat, but still want flavor, you can't beat this Yellowbird variety pack. I'm glad I decided on the larger size as it seems my family and friends are adding sauce to everything. I've figured out which sauce I like for which dish, from eggs, to chicken, to salmon, so many options.With the easy to pour nozzles, and multiple levels of heat and different flavors, it's not just a pack of way to hot sauces. I'd highly recommend this pack, even for hot sauce friends who crave super spicy, as the hotter versions should please them as well.That said, for those who think siracha or black pepper is hot, will have problems with even the least hot sauce included.

These are not classic hot sauces, they are accurately labeled as pepper condiments. I love hot sauce and have tried a lot, but bought these because they looked more interesting than sauces that only bring the heat and they are. If you are looking for extra-hot, "challenging" sauces, these are not for you. All have a fresh taste and are easy on the vinegar. My favorites were the habenero (orange) and serrano (green/verde) sauce. The habenero has a carrot base and a balanced kick. I find this to be spicier and more interesting than the ghost pepper sauce, which has a fairly boring tomato base and the ghost peppers are very low in the ingredients. This would definitely be better with a more interesting base, maybe as a mole sauce? I thought the serrano would be a smokier sauce, as that is what I usually think of with serranos, but it is a cucumber based green sauce with a very sour kick. I would repurchase these two. The jalapeno is pretty standard, a classic, fresh sauce, the mild jalepenos making the base of the sauce. Finally, the agave siracha, which tastes like your classic Hoy Fung "cock" sauce with a sweetness from the agave.The packaging and the Yellowbird story is very cute and the set would make a nice gift, not really for millions+ Scoville fanatics, but any foodie types in your circle.

I first happened upon the Habanero salsa at a local market. For me, it has the perfect balance of heat to flavor. I decided to try the variety pack. Each has a great flavor component. The Ghost Pepper sauce is genuinely spicy, not for the timid, but it brings the flavor profile, which is what I'm looking for. I like the fact that these don't need refrigeration, so I can have them all open at once and choose one that works best with whatever food I'm having (and I always have hot sauce on my food).

I absolute love 3/5.Two are just too dam hot to enjoy.Jalapeño and Sriracha are my favorite. Very mild with just the right kick.A local hotdog place introduced me to this brand, the Sriracha on a hound dog, which is a hotdog with bacon and peanut butter. With the yellow bird Sriracha on top, it’s absolutely delicious.
