Amazon Essentials Men's Classic-Fit 9" Chino Short

These are great shorts. Comfortable and roomy. I have been buying Dockers for decades and ordered a similar pair and ended up returning them and purchasing a second pair of the Amazons. The Dockers were snug and had only 5 belt loops. The Amazons just fit nicer. Cons... the pockets are not very deep. They shrink a bit in the wash but stretched right back after wearing them a bit. Another note... the second pair I ordered had only 6 belt loops instead of 7 on the first pair. However, the pockets were a bit deeper and the length was a bit longer. Even though both pairs were made in Bangladesh they are made to different specs but both are a good product for the price.

These shorts are comfortable and durable. They seem to run a little small so maybe order a size bigger than normal. I ordered one pair to try and liked them so much I ordered a few more in different colors. They are definitely worth the price and they look great.

I have 5 pair of these in different colors. The fabric is lightweight, soft and the color is true to the pics. The front pockets are large enough for wallet and keys in one pocket and a cell phone in the other. The back pockets tend to bunch and show through if empty. The button and zipper are good quality and the stitching is well done. These ride mid-waist and have a larger seat for the waist size that can be a little baggy. The crotch rides a little low and needs a lift before sitting.The reason I only gave them 4 stars is the sizing is not consistent between colors and they run small. I comfortably wear 32" fitted Levi's jeans and wanted something a little looser for lounging. After reading other reviews I ordered size 34 in 3 colors. 2 pair fit a little tighter than I expected but comfortable The olive color was too tight to button. I returned them and got a size 36 which fit a little loose and more like what I originally wanted.If you find the right fit (Amazon does make it easy) these shorts are a great value, stylish and quite comfortable.

My son is 6’5 and thin, he needed some dress shorts for after his college graduation ceremony. These came super fast and are made of really good material, nice and thick with deep pockets that kept his phone and wallet secure. These fit perfectly, and are true to size, especially with his tall thin frame.

Fit is good but haven't washed them yet. I say this because they're 100% cotton so I expect some shrinking. Other than that they look great and go perfect with some of my t-shirts and shoes.

True to color good texture (feel) I read the reviews and was questioning what size to get but I did follow what other people said. I am 6 foot 215 pounds. I wear a size 36 waist. I ordered the 38 they are not baggy. they are comfortable and do not fall off my waist. My suggestion would be if you are 32 or 34 order one size up. they are 100% cotton and absolutely do not stretch. I have not washed them yet but taking note of the other reviews and the shrinkage once I wash them I will assume they will fit absolutely perfect so again order one size up.
