Best back brace. Bought another one with weight loss
When I unpacked this brace thought “this is a waste of money. But wearing it changed my mind. Supplied support over low back along supporting in my hips. It’s not tight but supplies more comfortable support than ones you pull tight for support.Still the only brace that helps. Ordered a second one as I’d lost quite a bit of weight and needed a smaller size. More expensive than most of the other braces. But the best brace so far.Well—I bought one again&$+#%. Damn pup got ahold of both new and old and chewed them up. So I ordered another one—it’s still the best one of all my braces. It stays down lower on the hips providing SI joint and radiation of pain into the hips. Trust me, keeping this one up higher so the hopefully won’t find a way to get it again.

LARGE IS NOT 36 IN THE WAIST
I AM A 36 IN THE WAIST AND YOUR LUMBAR SUPPORT BELT WAS MARKED LARGE BUT BARELY WENT AROUNDMY WAIST. I ASSUMED IT WAS MISMARKED. I RETURNED IT AND WILL LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Helps relieve pain, and provides needed support.
Bought for my son, who had to continue working his physically demanding job following a back injury. He put it on immediately, and wore it at home and at work. It helped with the pain, and also provided enough support to enable him to keep working. He said he couldn't have continued without it. Very happy with the purchase.

Although it does not relieve pain ( due to injury) it does help with the stress
