Jabra Evolve2 85 Wireless PC Headset – Noise Cancelling Microsoft Teams Certified Stereo Headphones With Long-Lasting Battery – USB-A Bluetooth Adapter – Black

The headphones are comfortable to wear, excellent quality sound with near perfect noise cancelling features. Plug and play with Microsoft Teams. All features work very well in a busy office where everyone is on individual calls. Noise cancelling works both from you not hearing outside noise to participants on call not being disturbed by voice or noise from your surroundings.

In terms of sound is great, looks nice and it is comfortable. However it doesn't work well with Windows and Teams (I must admit that is probably Microsoft's fault). However, the boom arm in this product WILL eventually break and there are no replacements. You won't be able to get any help out of Jabra Customer Services (I have spend hours trying to get mine replaced by them - they are useless). I actually spoke to Amazon about the issue and they kindly replaced my headset the first time this happened - yes I am on my second set and within a few months the boom arm has broken again. It's an obvious design flaw as the boom arm is not fit for purpose, the boom arm is not reinforced with metal or anything, its just a piece of plastic that suffers fatigue as you pull it up and down to answer and end calls and will inevitably break.

I have these connected via bluetooth to my phone and iPad and I connect them to my laptop via cable for Teams calls.I can listen to music from my phone then when I pick up a Teams call it switches automatically.I tried the Sony XM5 first but they were awful for Teams calls but great for music. You can’t even use the XM5s while charging. Sent the XM5s back and got the Jabras. Superb all rounders and very well thought through in terms of user experience.

It's comfortable and does the job but it has since developed a windy, crackling sound in the right ear cup. I am running the latest firmware and all. I know I am not the only person who has experienced this as I have recently seen others on Reddit with a similar problem. I just don't know what's happening with Jabra these days.

No instructions, barely fits into the case, ANC is really not so good and I expected ENC and ANC but only ANC.Sound is ok will test the mike and background noise cancellation. I thought this one will be so much better than the Epos sennheiser 560. Will you updated. Control buttons are very small and you battle to see what they are. It does not have problem free blue tooth connectivity. I have removed it from my PC list and tried to reinstall, but cannot do it again.will wait a while !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and try again. Ever so frustrating

Having previously been unsuccessful in getting my Sony WH1000XM4 headphones to work effectively with my work laptop, I wasn't sure what to expect from these Jabra Evolve2 85 headphones.Despite the high security levels applied by my laptop owner, once I had plugged the little USB toggle into the laptop's USB port, it matched and played perfectly. It links in and helps control the Teams calls with clarity on both hearing and speaking. They are also quite comfortable to wear for long periods of time.Very happy with the outcome and can thoroughly recommend.

Update,After having many conversations between the seller, with all evidence that the company has received the product back, And they acknowledge that they've received it back however, They still refuse to refund my money.Luckily, Amazon stepped in and refunded me under the A-Z money back guarantee,Avoid at all cost, They will Scam you out of your moneyIt cancelled out. Absolutely no background noise on the microphone,I have returned the product back to Amazon / the seller with evidence via DPD tracking that they have received the faulty product back,However, they still refuse to refund the money back to me, So now I'm out if pocket of £260+ and don't have the product,This is a scam, Keep away
