Practice-based Evidence for Healthcare: Clinical Mindlines

A great book
If you're interested in understanding how clinicians make decisions in relation to research and other evidence sources, this book, which includes both a wide ranging discussion of the literature and the authors' own ethnographic research experience, is a treasure trove. There are many suggestions too for how the evidence-based medicine world might try to work with the grain of the reality of decision-making in practice. I constantly dip into it for inspiration in my own research and writing.
