Looks like glass when fully cured
I’ve only used this epoxy resin once but I really like it.I make resin art pieces and I’ve used this to give an extra glossy coat to paintings and travertine tile coasters. As with all epoxy resin, you need to let it fully cure for at least 20 days before you set things on it— especially a hot mug. Otherwise you get dents and scratches. This is thick and shiny, which works brilliantly for coasters and embedded trays. After it fully cures, it looks like glass.Follow the instructions and you’ll be just fine. No epoxy resin is truly “easy to use” if you’re the kind of person to just wing it and not read. Please ignore the people who gave 3 or 4 stars because they didn’t know resin works. Ignorance on their part, does not have anything to do with the product.

100/10
I’ve been experimenting with different brands of resin on some of my projects and this one is always the one I fall back on. Crystal clear, hardly any bubbling, and surface is smooth. Works great with acrylic paint and great to seal a beer pong table with.

Pros and Cons But Overall A Good Product
I bought this on my dads account because he has prime and I don't. This stuff works great for protecting wood, but there are some down sides to using it.Pros:-Once poured it self levels-Easy to mix and pour-A year and a half later and it hasn't chipped off at all-Completely protects wood from water-Covers a pretty large area-Works great on stained woodCons:-Must be poured in a dust free environment, any tiny dust particle that gets on it will be on it forever unless you sand it down.-You cannot reuse after its mixed-Bubbles will form in it and you must sand it to get rid of them. I never put on a second layer so I don't know if bubbles form in the second layer.-Scratches like crazy when dry. I don't mean deep scratches, just little ones that you can see in the light. No matter what you do you will get these scratches.

Pretty easy to use
Pretty easy to use! Some small bubbles were prent on the final counter, however were minimal. Caution to follow directions carefully as there are many and make sure to have a paint stirrer or ruler to smooth the mixture after pouring! ( I poured the glaze and then realized I needed this item!)Over all I am happy with the end result. I painted the old countertop to look like marble and used this as a top coat so much much less expensive than the real thing! I used one box for my counter and it is about 54inches long and standard cabinet depth.

Good Product, used with stainless steel paint
I couldn't find a stainless fridge to match the dimensions of the hutch in my kitchen. So what the heck I thought, I'll just paint my old one with an oil-based stainless steel paint and deal with the cheese factor until it breaks and I'm forced to do something else. Well, that worked great and hardly anyone notices that it's not a real stainless fridge, even when they're standing right next to it. This epoxy gave it the shine I was looking for and seems so strong I can't believe the paint underneath will EVER chip or wear off!

Works well. Be sure to read the instructions and mix it enough.
I've used this for a few projects now. First was to clear coat a 42" turntable with a polar grid adhered to it used for scientific research. Second was to coat a refinished rifle stock. In both applications it worked flawlessly but I have read some people have issues with the glaze setting. I think these issues are 100% attributable to improperly mixing the resin and hardner (and not actually stirring it enough). When applying, have a blow drier or heat gun handy. If you gently heat the epoxy after smoothing it on you will cause the small bubbles generated from working it to disappear. If you want to get a matte finish, lightly sand the result with 0000 steel wool.
