I am never without these! I take two in the morning, two in the late afternoon. If I eat something off my pancreatic diet, I take two before the meal, regardless if I’d taken them earlier. My gastro put me on four medications, to be able to drink water or eat a bite one bite of food! An integrative doctor tested me properly and recommended this product. I was so surprised how wonderful it felt to finally drink water or eat a cracker without a horrible, blown up, sickening, nauseating, cramping tummy. Years of being told I had Irritable Bowel Syndrome, many medications and office visits ... were about to be OVER! My pancreas wasn’t kicking in enough. I began their Probiotic, Enzymes and Magnesium Oxide and my lifetime of tummy problems were done!!!Now ... my 83 year old mom has had tummy issues her entire life. Her PCP doctor doesn’t “believe” in supplements. She’s made her fearful. I live with her and we’ve discovered we share tummy issues! We made a bet that she take them for THREE DAYS and if she wasn’t better, I’d never bug her again. It WORKED!! She took the bottle to her gastro! He said “stop taking these prescriptions.” HA!! I have had digestive problems for decades..my naturopath recommended these. They really work for me, (as long as I eat in a disciplined manner, not too much volume, not too much fat, etc) So nice to be able to eat without indigestion.

During my wife's healing protocol she used this for more than a year to help her absorb the nutrients in the other supplements and food. Worked well. She used another brand for the first few months and her markers didn't change. She used this brand and a month later her body began to absorb nutrients.

My Doctor actually carries this line of supplements in his office!!! I hadn't heard of Douglas Labs. until now. I really struggle with digesting meats/fats and well probably everything else... which is very frustrating because I eat a pretty well rounded diet. These don't taste good..and NO I don't chew them, that's why I gave them the four stars, but yes they are extremely effective!

I'm going to keep this simple. You'll have to make your own determination about the product - though I believe it has helped my IBS associated with my FMS. I take it with each meal and two if it's a large meal. That means it lasts me a couple of months easily.
