Tastes good feels good
I gave up mountain dew during lent and was struggling to find something to fill the void of that great mountain dew taste (not original it's gross). Nothing would quench my thirst until I discovered this godsend. It ended up being what got me through those long 40 days. And it's healthier than the dew so that was a plus.

Boosted my whoop recovery!
IDK why, but when I drink one of these things before going to sleep, my recovery as measured by my Whoop basically doubled. It went from an average of 44 to an average of 85. It might be a correlation not causation thing, but the apple flavor also tastes pretty good, so I’m gonna keep trying it. I can’t speak to the other flavors yet, but they probably don’t suck

Flavor was lacking. I had high hopes.

Contains Sucralose
This would have been a great product if it did not contain sucralose. This is a deal breaker for due to high toxicity of sucralose I will not even be able to use this product. Unfortunate! Also the extreme sweetener makes this product taste significantly worse than it could have been if it used other natural sweeteners or a very low amount of actual sugar.

These did seem to help with focus some but the taste was just horrible I couldn’t get past the taste
