Use a fan for step two and enjoy the results
I was scared to try the product because I couldn’t verify the authenticity with a single click (it was Sunday and I had to fill out a form online for further information) but after reading the reviews I decided to try it on the bottom right side. The step two does burn your eyes but I remembered that last time I did this they put a fan facing me. Once I did that the burn practically disappeared, I divided my hair in 4 parts and completed step two (blowdry and flat iron) on each part separately and I’m very, very happy with the results

Step 3 smells great and makes hair very soft
This is not a body lotion or a perfume, it is a hair treatment that will make your hair straight and bright. Step 2 has an odor, you need to use it in a well ventilated area, otherwise your eyes and throat will get irritated. Step 3 smells great and makes hair very soft. Product delivers what it promisses! If you are sensitive, don't buy, if you really want your hair straight and bright, buy it!

Terrible product and worse return policy!
Terrible product with even worse return policy. Tried solution2 and it literally was impossible for me to use due to horrendously strong odor. Asked seller to refund and they refused. Worse $245 paid. Avoid!

Good product for hair
I bought the product after reading all the posts .. I myself spent the product in my hair, particularly I enjoyed the result, gave a natural smooth .. the product is strong, as well as all products to straighten hair, acoselho use a glasses the time it is dry the hair with product, burns a little eye because it is a smoothing product .. I really liked, I always buy

Incomplete order
This was incomplete items, it was supposed to be step 1, 2 and 3 ani I got step 1 and duplicate step 3 missing most important step 2 product. This is terible.

Not sure about this.
Took it to a hairdresser. Perhaps she didn’t use it correctly. Smell was unbelievable. My hair is still Curley in the back. I’ll have to try it myself next time.
