Absolutely beautiful. Just as shown. I couldn't believe how beautiful it is how quick it came. I got it in one week. What a beautiful keepsake. The Leather Pouch was custom engraved as was the inside of the compass cover.. I mean it was amazing. By the time I did the add-ons, which was a message inside and a name on the compass cover itself and then having The Leather Pouch a first and last name. I was hesitant at what kind of quality it would be and how accurate engraving would be. I was just floored how nice this is. I highly highly recommend this product.

This was the best gift I ever gave to someone. I brought this for a friend who is a history major who just graduated with his masters. He absolutely loved it. I deeply love how custom I can do with this item I custom the front, back and inside a custom message. The engraving is beautiful. The quality is great it has that old look and I like that. These people were great and helpful when I wanted a custom front they were willing to work with me and accepted my request with the big letter A in front. I really great custom product.

Great gift. Bought it for my dad when he lost his dad. Was able to get a painting his grandfather did engraved inside, turned out really well.

I ordered it and 2 hours later it was marked as shipped. I was so nervous. I got it today and it looks exactly like I wanted and it also gives a "worn" look which I adore. Thank you so much.

Updated Review 12/18/24: The seller responded immediately to my message and was very apologetic and courteous. They had the correctly inscribed compass to me within a week. Great customer service. I’m changing my review from 1 to 4 stars. 12/12/24: I received my compass today. It is okay quality I guess. The back is scratched where they must of held it for engraving. The leather case and lid have the correct engraving. BUT the inscription inside is someone else’s! I hand wrote my own note and this is not it. I’m not sure who Oliver is but maybe he received my inscription. I’m waiting on communication back from seller. I just keep getting prompts saying this is nonreturnable or nonrefundable. I will update my review if things change.

My wife and I ordered a customized compass for our grandson for Christmas for a Jan. delivery. It arrived quickly and the engraving was what we ordered and well done. The bad news was that during shipment, the compass had come apart and is not easily fixed by the customer. We contacted the seller immediately and directly. Because of the engraving it was considered "non-returnable". The seller opened a line of communication immediately, and over a weekend. This allowed us to send a picture of the compass with the issue, and before the end of the weekend, we had a new one on the way. It arrived Tues. past, looking good and ready to be gifted. So, yes we had a a problem, but the seller, "SFdizayn", was excellent on their customer service, they resolved the issue fast and efficiently. We will seek their wares ahead of other sellers on Amz because of their empathy and service. Cheers.
