Anolon 81392 10.25" Cookware Glass Lid

I have gone through at least 4+ pans in my search for one that is tough and heats evenly. This one is IT! Oven safe too. Cleaning is easy with a sponge and warm soapy water. The thing that the page does not discuss is the lid, which is very good, the inner rim is deep enough to really sit down in the pan so I can use it to braise or steam. Likewise, the lid stays put, when at an angle (to let a little steam out).

I needed to replace an Anolon 3 qt. pan that I had for 20 years. This is a very sturdy pan and food cooks evenly in it. We mostly use it for pasta sauces that cook a long time and there have been no issue with it holding strong flavors after it's washed. I'm glad that the Anolon quality is still great!

Great pan. Stronger than stainless steel, nonstick surface lasts longer than traditional nonstick and ceramic nonstick surfaces. Dishwasher safe and can go from electric or gas stoves to the oven no problem. My favorite parts of the pan are the flat rivet (no food build up) and the shatterproof glass lid. Easily buy again.

A friend cooked me lunch recently - made chicken skewers with peanut sauce. I must live under a rock cause until that moment I didn't know anything about this grilling skillet. The next day I looked them up & bought this one - which happened to have the best reviews - a great price & it is the one my friend has.I love it! It's not only lightweight - it cleans easy, is perfect size & cooks everything perfectly. I can even put it in the oven -I am a happy camper - Would recommend this Anolon Allure "Grillet" to anyone!

I have the 2 qt Analon pot, good for smaller quantities...but needed this 3 qt for a full 10 oz package of pasta...perfect! When full of water and ready to strain into the sink, this pot can be heavy...but I’m able to pour and hold the lid in place well enough. Heats the water fast and boils/simmers evenly. I expect this pot to last for years...cleans up beautifully with the nonstick surface.

The weight and size of the pan are as expected. Non-stick function thus far seems good. However, the glass lid makes scary noises when it's on the hot pan (even on simmer setting). Never had a pan lid that sound like it might explode into pieces until now. Seems like a material or design flaw. So far, no emergency visits needed. Fingers crossed.

This is nice cookware. It heats very evenly! I was surprised at the large size of the pans. I love this cookware!

The lid came in bent on the edge. I contacted the manufacturer right after Christmas and then again 3 weeks later and tried to call and haven't received any response. The return window to Amazon has closed and I am stuck with a bent lid.

Ordered the pan based on the item or product dimensions, only to receive a much smaller pan. The dimensions listed are for the product box and not the pan (which is almost 9" diameter and not nearly 12"). but great non-stick and weight.

buenisimo, muy buena calidad, solo que no dice la capacidad, solo dice 1 quarter, entendi que era de galon, pero no lo es. Cabe aprox 750cc.Extraordinario para salsas.

Good cleaning, handle stays cool, would have likes it a little larger but expensive for a small pan!

The perfect pan. I have been using it for a month and it does everything. Great for popping into the oven. I will review again in a year.
