This is a great guide to make sure that all of the pertinent questions are asked when a patient calls with a problem. It has helpful home care instructions as well.

I bought this book because my work gave me one (about 8 years old) and I thought it would be good to buy an updated one as well to study at home. The only drawback is that the code to download the eBook doesn't work even thought I had just scratched off the access code and put it in. If you are a triage nurse you are probably working with 2 monitors and this would have been helpful.

This book is amazing! It give the questions to ask by severity. I bought three of these already

I work in a office. Sometime we forget questions. This book walks you through situations. I love it. I don't do a lot of triage but this is a must have at your desk.
