Ok. I’ve been using this for some time AND. Let’s just go ahead and get this out of the way. The taste is awful AT First. Then you crave it. It taste like resin from a bong. It’s stout. But I find myself craving it daily at the time I take it- so it has a natural reminder. 😂I mixed it with a bite of meat at first- it made it taste “smoky”. Now I can just eat it plain. I like it. It’s so weird.For the first time in years I feel fabulous. Energy. Brain power. Strength? That is something I’m working towards- because I didn’t have much before- but I want strength AND to work on it!It’s definitely worth the price and I am skeptical of the inexpensive options when you read on how it’s “made”The only downside is- it can be messy if you are not a dive in kinda person. Use the tool and put it in your mouth/ the drink or whatever. Just get it done. Once again- it is a resin type material. Also don’t store the jar upside down.

I know there is a ton of speculation and if this product actually works for men's health. I quit TRT two years prior to purchasing this product and in between at times I could get close to my workouts and how I felt but never fully there. I'm in my mid 30's and decided what did I have to loose and bought it Nov 2023. Its 3/2024 and I still have 1/4 bottle left!I freaking love this stuff! First thing getting up, I take 2x's dose and my normal pre-workout and BCCA's to the gym with me. I have lost 15lbs, I would say about 6-7% body fat. I love being able to see my abs and "v" lines again! This stuff does taste like burn rubber haha but it was so worth it. I keep telling my spouse I "feel like I'm on Trt again" I feel really great. positives, strength increase (nearly identical to trt), cardio tolerance increase, body fat loss, my mental stress tolerance have also increased, I feel less stressed about day to day life. I sleep at least 5 hours a night and still able to crush everyday's workout or work load!If you want to try it, stick with it for a full month. It really worked for me and I bought two more bottles to keep it going.

I've been using this for about a month pre-work out and it increases my energy, my power, and stamina. I'm 70 years old and able to really put a lot more into work outs and recover quicker. I can't speak to the mental acuity associated with this product as that's not what I use it for. It is claimed to increase testosterone and that would best explain my results. Follow recommended dosage carefully. When I have taken too much I get a "hangover" meaning I get low energy and don't feel well. 1/2 a pea size scoop dissolved in hot water, add cold water after it's fully dissolved to get a nice warm drink. I started out just putting it under my tongue on the tool as I don't mind the taste, dissolved method is superior. I don't take it except pre-work out.Pros:Gives me energy, power, stamina, and quicker recovery.Comes with handy measuring tool.Quantity will last months.Cons:You may not like the taste.Sticky and difficult to measure.Needs hot liquid to quickly dissolve.Can "overdose" and get hungover (my experience).Expensive.Overall: A powerful and potent supplement that's working well for me.Worth the expense.

it was OK. It tasted awful though. Didn’t really know a change in health and energy.

I've purchased this product before and loved it so I just reoreded for a 2nd time. After using it for about a week, I noticed it wasn't as thick or pasty as the 1st time I used it but kinda runny. After puttging it in my coffee for the 2nd time, (I put it in my coffee in the morning) I got a headache about 20 minutes after drinking my coffee, I felt wierd, my mental clearity seemed foggy... not sure if it was this product so I quit using it a few days and after cutting it out of my morning routine, my headace went away, my foggyness went away and I felt much better. So I tried using it again and all of the symptoms came back... so still unclear if this product was the cause of it all but discontinued use altogether and through it in the trash.... :-(

This is my absolute favorite supplement that I take! My energy levels are so much better and my female cycle has balanced out! I feel like my old self again(after 3 kids). I will forever recommend this stuff to the people I know
