I received my Laptop June 25th, 2020. I received immediate virtual assistance with setting up computer programs, password and apps. It was a bit difficult controlling the mouse on computer at the beginning. However, I got used to it. and it is working much better. I disliked the fact that the base of the laptop generate too much heat. It gets very hot pretty fast, I sometimes had to turn it off. or turn a fan on it to cool it down(scary!!!). Otherwise, Laptop is a reasonable buy with great features for the price.

Didn’t like this at all. It’s Japanese (I believe). While you can choose English lots of things still show up as Japanese. Slow. Horrible speakers. Constantly gave me issues when trying to open files and very difficult to operate. Doesn’t flip completely over. Just lays flat so you can’t make into a tablet. It isn’t touch screen. For the price I thought I could deal but there are plenty of 2-in-1 out there for close to the price. Sent it back after a week. Battery life was awful.

This laptop is very slow. I purchased this item earlier this month as a work laptop on the go and so far it's been very disappointing. The refresh rate is almost non-existence. I cannot in good faith recommend this laptop...especially for someone that requires it for serious outside work. After I return from this trip, I will begin the return process search for a replacement. Lesson learned...if you want quality, pay a little more.

First issue, come loaded with software in Chinese, so even when I switched the language to English, half the time everything loads in chinese.Second is set up is slowThird, battery indicator shows having power but randomly shuts off without cable attached.Once I download something, it pops up in chinese and I can't understand anything. This is horrible.Fourth, it's operation is slow

The media could not be loaded.  really bad experience doesn't have usa region and just work on German and I'm so frustrated rigth now 2 hours and this thing even connected to internet so bad decision they don't even have a number to call

軽くて持ち運びが楽である。起動の速さには満足しています。You Tubeなんかも、サクサク見れます。

重要なので、最初に追記一部のゲームでは、テキストが中国語で表示されます。これは、「設定」＞「時刻と言語」＞「言語」＞「管理用言語の設定」＞「システムローケルの設定」で日本語に設定する必要があります（下にある”ベータなんちゃら”というボックスタブにチェック入れると、ソフトが起動しなくなります）スペック的には、原審がかろうじて起動する感じですね。アスファルト9も試したところ、タイトル画面まで行ったもののいつまで待っても起動しないので、これはダメかと思いましたが、起動までのローディングが、ものすご～～～～～く長かっただけでした。ちなみに、電源設定のところにある”電源モード”のスライダーを、最も高いパフォーマンスにしたら、起動まで持ち込めたので、もしかしたら”原神”も、もう少しましな感じで起動できるのかもしれませんね。試したところ、表示が幾分キレイになった。（遊ぶのは無理）薄型ゆえに仕方ないのですが、LAMぽーとがなかったのでWifi環境必須。うちは、スマホやらタブレットやらもあるためか、急に重くなるので、USB-C ポートにつなぐためのLRANコネクターを購入したら、ずいぶんましになりました。（何か裏で作業させてるとどうしてもね）わたしは、LANのみのを買いましたが、HDMIなどもついた、ドッキングステーションの購入も考えたほうがいいかもですね。ついでに、カードスロットに刺す128gbのマイクロSDもあるに越したことないでしょう、Cドライブは開けておくに越したことないので。（せめて258ｇｂがさせたらよかったのですけどねぇ。感覚的にはPＣｔおいうより重いタブレットです）それと、表面が結構あっさり傷が入ります。さらに、タッチパネルそばに、舞須母田hhなあってくれたほうがよかったです。（感覚的にどうもなれない）あと、本当に個人的な感想ですが、webページを開いた瞬間に、MSN中国が開いたため、正直軽くパニックになりました。ま、中華PCだから仕方ないのかもしれませんが、見慣れぬ言語がバット出ると心臓に悪いです。なんのために、初回起動時に地域やらなんやら聞いていたのか……(ｺﾜｲ　ｶﾝｶﾞｴ　ﾆ　ﾅｯﾃ　ｼﾏｯﾀ操作に関してはいろいろと、今まで使ってきたもの(win7)と違いすぎて、戸惑ってばかりですね。

デザインはシンプルでいいと思います。ですが重い
