Promp efficient service
Bought the sliding shelves to make it easier to find things in my cupboard. They are well made and do the job perfectly As with all self assembly items they do challenge your deciphering skills. Definitely read instructions through carefully and watch the installation video. I found it very useful to double check what I was doing. Took the day to install but I'm very happy with it.

A very well made product and great for converting a narrow hinged-door cupboard to full access pull-out. Instructions just a bit confusing though due to different product options, but the online installation video helped.

Second One Easy to install
Second one we bought from them - better price through Amazon and next day delivery. Easy to install but only after working out the specific instructions for this unit. The instructions cover all variations from 150mm to 600mm and 300mm to 500mm and both pull and push opening. Once you have worked out the right instructions do a dry assembly first. I used a mallet and block of wood to drift the basket onto the lower runner plastic clips and the upper basket clips to the door. Just a gentle tap and they engaged. The drawers occupy almost all the space and increase the utility for storage. Recommended.

Quality Quality Quality
Easy to fit once I figured out the instructions. Makes an awkward size (300) cupboard really useful rather than a dumping space. You lose space inside cupboard but everything is easily accessible

Good but takes a bit of working out on the fitting
The item it self looks to be good, however as others have said the instructions are next to useless, also didnt find any good online videos to guide me so you have basically work out the fitting for yourself. I fitted in 10mm in from the edge of a Howdens cupboard and it seems to be ok, make sure you get the wire cage around the right way so it clips in. If the clips dont seem to fit turn the cage.

Good value and quality.
Easy to install with the right skillset and sturdy in operation. Useful for storage of those items which are used regularly but aren't well accommodated in standard kitchen furniture.

Template positioning
Be careful with the template. it is not quite accurate. The postitioning of the template is crucial to the door closure.

Perfect fit
Fits like a glove. Good solution for me as I have smart gas meter in cabinet and this 45cm deep rail is perfect solution. Took me a while, but it was worth it. Feels sturdy.
