Enjoyable and hopefully healthy.
Promptly delivered. I enjoy this drink and hope it is doing me some good with it's cultures. Kombucha is supposed to contain probiotic cultures that may support gut health. The fermentation process produces beneficial bacteria and organic acids that can help balance the gut microbiome and aid digestion. However, the exact probiotic content varies depending on how it's made, and scientific research is still ongoing to confirm its effectiveness.

Genuinely delicious - I may have found my booze substitute
I'm a lone parent and have basically given up booze because there just wasn't a good time to drink it.I drank so rarely that even one or two would leave me feeling rubbish the next day. I tried CBD drinks out of curiosity but although I liked them they still gave me that slightly poisoned feel in the morning.Living with a small child, I've been on the lookout for some drinks that were especially adult and I wasn't liable to get nagged to share them. Something to just enjoy in a quiet moment.I'd looked at kombucha on here before and they all seemed so exorbitantly priced (knock it off you people if you're not paying alcohol taxes it's just profiteering) but this didn't seem so badly priced.Anyway, ginger & lemon were bang on and left me feeling a little bit healthier - even if that was just a placebo effect. I'm working my way through a small box and will most likely buy another.Decent.

Tasty crisp and light
These are really good value compared to ones I’ve seen in the supermarket . They have an odd taste at first but after a while I have come to really enjoy them. I’m drinking them because of the benefits of the live cultures and trying to improve gut health .

Don't believe the marketing
Nice flavour and taste nice, but if you think they are full of probiotics, you are fooling yourself.I was sceptical when it said store and drink cold. It may leave the factory with probiotics, but they will die within days or weeks.I started making my own instead. They don't taste as nice, but I know they are full of goodness.
