Install took me one hour to complete. It comes with both instalation if you do or don't have bed rails. I do not have bed rails. Instructions were simple, provided photos, and made the install easy. I had a slight issue with closing the top as it just doesn't want to push down enough to close. I fixed this by placing some of the provided weather stripping under both ends of thr side rails. After that no issues. Rolling up and down is easy. I would say this is not 100% weather proof but it will keep out most water it seems. The vinyl seems durable but time will tell. Overall for the price this is an excellent buy.

The media could not be loaded. I like the value, the materials seem to be quality “other then the bed light it came with, it fell apart.” Install was OK but not great. The cover needs to be able 1” longer and there needs to be looser tolerances in the latching mechanism.I had a very hard time getting it to latch with the tail gate closed. It working now, but I can almost 100% guarantee water will enter from the tail gate. To get it to latch I had to modify some of the weather stripping and foam pads.However it will serve its purpose.If your looking for a budget friendly option that will work good enough until you save up for that $$ one, I recommend.If your looking for a perfect option I don’t recommend.

The instructions are not the best. But the product it’s nice

Just received my cover for the gladiator w/bed rail. Tried to attach the rails. The piece that should slide into the rail is to large. Mine came with all the same pieces. Sent message to seller. Waiting to see if I get a response.Update: So I got it to fit after some modifications. I had to have a machine shop elongate the holes longer to the brackets would reach the trail rail system. [ Photo attached]In order to get the brackets onto the rail system you have to remove the end caps and slide the tie downs off. Then you have to add part of the brackets in the rail and add the tie downs back on and replace the caps. They should have made them small enough so you didn’t have to remove everything from the end.I had to buy some gasket material to shim the end of the rails so the locking mechanism would work. Then I had to slice a piece of the weather strip to fill in the gap to keep it from leaking rain.Using a woodworking clamp to squeeze the top rail down helps to add the bolts and hold the rail in place.I do have to shut and latch the cover before I close the tailgate or it wont latch.So I like the actual tonneau cover but didn’t like the modifications I had to do in order to make it work or the lack of directions or customer service. I would give it a rating of 3 stars for that reason. If you go into this with the knowledge of knowing you were going to modify then I would rate it 4 stars.I hope this helps others that are considering the role up cover.

Installed on my 2020 Gladiator and looks great. Was really easy to install. The tailgate trim on the Gladiator is slightly curved on top which wouldn’t let the tonneau cover latch completely. Putting a couple large washers under the tonneau cover track in the corners near the tailgate raised it up enough to solve that problem. This is a very nice roll-up cover and a great value.

I purchased the Lyon Cover 5'/60.3 Soft Roll Up Truck Bed Tonneau Cover for my 2020-2021 Gladiator, and unfortunately, I cannot recommend this product based on my experience.Firstly, the quality of the materials used leaves much to be desired. The cover feels flimsy and doesn't seem durable enough to withstand the rigors of everyday use. After only a few weeks, I noticed signs of wear and tear, including fraying edges and weakened stitching. It's disappointing to see such a lack of durability in a product that is meant to protect the truck bed.Fitment is another major issue. Despite being advertised as compatible with 2020-2021 Gladiator models with or without the deckrail system, I found the cover to be ill-fitting. The edges do not align properly with the bed, leaving gaps that compromise the overall security and weather resistance. This poor fitment not only detracts from the aesthetics but also raises concerns about the cover's effectiveness in protecting the truck bed and its contents.The installation was easy. The included hardware felt cheap and difficult to work with. It took longer than expected to get everything properly secured, and even then, I couldn't shake the feeling that the cover was not securely fastened.Additionally, the roll-up mechanism, which is supposed to provide convenient access to the truck bed, proved to be more cumbersome than practical. It often got stuck or required excessive force to operate smoothly, adding frustration to an already disappointing experience.In conclusion, the Lyon Cover 5'/60.3 Soft Roll Up Truck Bed Tonneau Cover fell short of my expectations in terms of quality, fitment, and usability. I would advise potential buyers to explore other options that offer better construction and a more precise fit for their specific vehicle. One star for the minimal protection it provides, but I cannot recommend this product.

Works great and water proof!!!! A little challenging to close on the back.

It's good that this is pretty easy to put together...and my having one of these before helped. BECAUSE IT DID NOT COME WITH INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO INSTALL IT.The one I had before did...this one did not.
