Need battery connection to activate.
There is a digital screen. It needs the battery you are testing to activate. Do not think it is broken.

Great little tester
I was looking for a 6 volt tester and this is a 12 volt tester. The product description was confusing.With that being said, it is a good little tester and comparing voltage readings to my Fluke Meter, it is an accurate meter.It is easy to use and the load test works very good.

Tested about 10 batteries so far and readings seem accurate

Works as intended except I cant get it to print anymore. Trying to get ahokd if company. I dont really need it to print but if it's a feature added to price it would be nice to work.

Only Tests 12 volt batteries
This tester does NOT test 6 volt or 8 Volt golf cart batteries as the seller claims!!!!! It will only test 12 volt batteries correctly. It gives incorrect readings for both 6 and 8 volt batteries and will not print info for 6 volt batteries!
