This is actually a great little safe, provided the small size suits your needs. A bit of paint did immediately fall off as soon as I removed the outer bag, but as the primary functions still worked, I wasn't going to return it on that basis. Buuuut, I soon found it was too small. If you're only looking to put in a couple of items, such as a passport and maybe two pieces of jewelry (in their cases), you're fine, but more than that and you'll likely be looking for something bigger. I ended up getting a 0.40 cubic foot one from the same manufacturer, but this is the only model that comes in various appealing colors!This safe didn't have the problem I've read other safes having, where the door + batteries become so heavy it unbalances the whole safe or causes the door to sag. In both safes that I bought from the same maker, the door worked as it should and had no balancing issues.What does detract from the product is the fact that the door, obviously having to house the locking and light mechanisms, is pretty thick, so you don't have as much space inside as you might think. You can't place anything right to the edge of the door, because then the door won't be able to close. That's partly why this small safe didn't work out for me.Pros:- Easy to program- Inner light- Intuitive to open- Comes with felt lining- Sturdy- Cute size in various colors for small itemsCons:- The door thickness takes away storage space- The plastic piece that 'hides' the key lock dropped off immediately, but then was impossible to replace; not that huge a deal, but still- Might be too small, depending on your needs

Very straight forward instructions. The safebox itself came in pristine condition and is so nice! I love that it comes with 2 keys to use manually. The led light inside makes it look so cool. Keypad setup was a breeze!! Very happy about my purchase! Only downside is that it will factory reset if you change the batteries. So you have to remember the factory reset code or just keep it the same. Other than that….10/10!! :)

I knew it wad small but it is smaller than I was expecting. The picture shows it in front of my toaster oven.

The safe handle is a little difficult to turn and the keys are also hard to open as well.

My 12 year old loves his bright blue safe! He loves the color, has put stickers on it. He like to keep his candy in his safe and likes that his brother doesn’t know the combo. We had a key issue and the company responded within 24 hours and helped us solve the issue. We bought another safe for our son. We keep a key and give our sons a key. They give you two keys.

This safe was purchased to hold cards, notes and other special items that my child gives me. It's tiny, the cover to the recovery lock broke during unboxing, and It might provide a bit of protection as a tertiary level of protection. This is such a disappointment.
