Kipling Myrte Bag Women's

I really love this bag. Beautiful shade (the website photo doesn't do it justice), it also comes with two straps that can convert it to a crossbody bag or a shoulder handbag, it is compact yet long enough to fit my folding compact Samsonite umbrella and 6.8" screen phone. So many useful compartments as well. Front zipped pocket houses a lot of card holder and phone holding sections which are great and useful for many things. I personally though prefer to put my phone in the back zipped pocket facing my body as no one can pickpocket it there. There's also an inner zipped compartment in the middle zipped compartment too. A wonderful compact bag that can be worn crossbody or used as a stylish shoulder handbag. Yet long enough to store your longer items. I tried the Abanu Multi bag previously - although it is also a convertible mini bag, it wasn't long enough to fit my folding compact Samsonite umbrella. I bought this bag because it would be good for day trips sightseeing. I could just bring the essentials like keys, phone, small pack of tissues, a lip stick and a compact mirror, and umbrella. This is no longer being sold on Kipling's actual website, so whatever stocks left that are here on Amazon and other Kipling resalers are probably the only ones left. A pity, since I've looked carefully at all the current small Kipling crossbody bags being sold on Kipling's official website, and none of them have the same combination of small size, ability to fit a folding umbrella and long phone, as well as convertibility and crossbody aesthetic, as well as the Kipling Myrte bag. I found what's currently on offer either too small, too large or too bulky. There seems nothing in-between.

I bought this for my holiday and it's perfect.This bag has all the sturdiness and quality you expect from Kipling but it's also an amazing small bag. You won't need a purse as the front zip will act as your purse for cards and money with plenty room left over. It has a long crossbody strap which is removable leaving a small shoulder strap also removable so if you wanted you van change it up from day to night. Lovely wee bag. Considering other colours now. So impressed.

I have had a Kipling bag for years now and it is still going strong. They never wear out. I needed a small bag for Gigs and travel, so I immediately looked at getting another Kipling one as so hardwearing, and also look good. I saw this one and was not disappointed. Perfect size for going to Gigs, shopping etc or just to travel light. Plenty of room and pockets for essentials and can even save the need for an extra purse as so much space for cash, cards, tickets etc not to mention Mobile and Lippy etc. Very well made and hope it will last years like the other one has. Highly recommend.

This bag is excellent for travelling lite, has lots of pockets for organising your essentials.Two straps for change of use, i leave them both on all the time and switch between shoulder bag and cross body.It looks so small, but you can get lots in it.I love this so much i have it in thre different colours.

Good strong bag only small but holds a lot you can use this as a purse also as lots of little card pockets and space for money just not enough space for separate purse, missing key holder inside too.

I tend to carry a large bag (also kipling!) and just chuck everything in/ use all the pockets but occasionally need/ want something smaller, and this bag is the perfect fit. The front zipped pocket is essentially a wallet (with 8 card slots, 2 notes sections and a zipped purse section), another zipped pocket on the outside and the main section has another zipped pocket too. I've got the essentials and my purse in the Myrte and all the other stuff in the main bag so that I can just pick out the Myrte and I'm ready to go! Genuis! I'd have preferred a patterned fabric but the price on Black Friday was too good to miss so I went with a classic navy, which goes with everything. Even the little rubber monkey is cute!

This is a perfect small handbag that also has lots of space to put your stuff. And Kipling bags are always great quality.

I’m a fan of Kipling. I keep this in my larger Kipling handbag for work and just pull it out if I need to pop to the shops etc on the way home. Great slots for cards etc, perfect size for essentials.
