I do recommend these boots
My first pair of doc Martin boots I absolutely love these boots. My only complaint is the grip. The grip is not good for wet grass. Oil or fuel. If you work in a manufacturing setting these are awesome way better than timberlands

Perfect fit
Okay. So I only just got them, but I'm thrilled with how well they fit. Even with my orthopedic insoles! Love the ankle support and they are way lighter than they look. This is my first pair of doc martens and I've quickly fallen in love. Hopefully they are as durable as people claim. I beat my shoes up, I'll be sure to post an update in a year or so.

Great, and comfortable boots.
Exactly as advertised, these boots are very comfortable, durable, and look great! I bought two pair so I could have a pair for work also.

Size up one full size.
I'm not sure what's going on with doc Martin boots as of the past few years, but I've always worn a size 10 and for some reason the last pair of boots I got in size 10 were more like a size 9. So this time I elected to get a size 11. Which is even more important depending on whether you have a steel toe or a leather toe or a fabric toe. However, even having sized up I do have to wear three pairs of insoles. So always go one size up and always get at least one extra pair of thick insoles. Not the cheap stuff but like the plantar fasciitis thickness.

3rd pair I love them
Size 8 runs just a hair large. Nice and wide. I like to put a cushion insert inside (they are very hard inside) and they are roomy enough for that. Super light weight so easy to move around in . Up and down ladders very easily. This is my third pair. I wear them everyday all year. Never a rip or tear. I do construction and they have been great. Definitely get inserts. Never have ever had a blister. A great great price on a pair of boots I wear 360 days out of the year. I hose them down and let them dry in the sun and they turn out just fine. I had to buy a new pair only because I try to keep one pair looking nice-ish 🙄. These are now my dress boots.Wish they had some cool colors 🤗

Worth it - comfortable from jump with zero time breaking in.
I'm on my 2nd pair. Both were comfortable from the beginning with no breaking-in period. The only reason I replaced the first pair was that the soles had cracked straight across during the winter (I know they're not made for winter, but they're so comfortable I just kept wearing them). The crack let water in, so couldn't wear them if it was raining, but seriously, the soles hadn't really worn down much at all, so if it wasn't for the crack I'd still be on my first pair.Bonus: they look great and aren't leather, so vegans - take note.
