I've been taking turmeric and zinc for years. I just recently tried Edlerberry, so I thought I'd try these since they seemed to contain so many things that I already had been taking. They are very similar to the size and quality of the turmeric capsules I'm used to. However, these do have a very distinct garlic taste as you swallow them. Sometimes, the aftertaste lingers for a bit, but it's not long lasting. It might not be noticeable to everyone, but if you have sensitive taste buds, be prepared. Otherwise, I've been happy with the product, but because of the taste, I probably wouldn't buy it again.
