Ok but basic.
So this is entry level and it good for what you pay but has a few issues. The lovely. Blood pressure. Heart rate screens etc. are static they don't track but well that's ok. And it doesn't link to Google fit. The step counter seems a little fast as well. The good stuff. Ok so the screens don't change but the sensor are for the whole acute sleep is good and I checked BP and it's not as good as my BP machine but it's close so of your looking for an indication it's fine. If you wanted precise bloods information why would you use this watch get a pepper monitor. A few reviews are overly critical of the BP part but it's not a medical grade monitor. Also it's takes a while to get readings that's normal even a proper BP sensor takes a while to start. All in all it works it's cheap and it's fit for the job.I did notice it's much more efficient with the replacement strap pictured as it sits better on the wrist. The one it comes with is fine it's just looser by design; so if Blood pressure and HR are you concern spend a fiver more for a good strap.I bou

It's okay. Some features are better than others
What possibly would you expect for £29.55? It's pretty okay. Some features work well, others not so good. Here's my list:Heart Rate: appears pretty good, when compared to a device specifically made for this - 3/5Full Day Heart Rate: looks about right, based on activity - 3/5Blood Pressure: how on earth is this supposed to work? Junk - 1/5Sleep: pretty much matches the results of other, more expensive and dedicated devices. I'll be generous - 4/5Steps: when I wake in the morning my step count is already around 500. Unless I'm sleepwalking... Just typing this review has added a further 300+ steps so far, just by hand movement - 0/5Blood Oxygen: no idea about the accuracy of this and wouldn't take it seriously, so - 0/5The phone app: Simple and records events on the watch. I found it to be easy to use and for the most part, perfectly good - 4/5Other functions: as a smart watch it has the usual additional functions, whilst connected via bluetooth to your phone. Frankly, in my mind, most are utterly pointless: weather (right now at your location), messages (texts, e-mails, WhatsApps etc.), camera (take a picture, using your phone, of your pocket), music player (play, pause, next track, previous track of the selected playlist, album etc., even respects shuffle), timer, find phone (obviously only works within bluetooth range and when found phone buzzes)... etc.Battery Life: remarkably good. We're talking days of use and an hour or so to charge, using supplied charger. It comes with 3 basic faces, but there are loads more available to download via the phone app.As I say, it was £29.55 and in my considered opinion, okay value. But the Steps counter is so poor it's hard to ignore. If this feature were more useful I would give it a higher score.

Bogus blood pressure it’s just set to do a random set pattern. I’ve proved this watch the video.
The media could not be loaded. Initially I was quite impressed with this watch and the possibilities it was promising to be able to monitor your blood pressure whenever you wanted to which was a primary reason I bought it.The issue arose when I took it off and put it in the table, well it was on the table. I just thought I would try getting a blood pressure reading expecting it to be zero however it gave not only two random different blood pressure readings but two random heart rate readings so clearly my table is alive!it turns out that it was giving random blood pressure readings and random heart rate readings, even though it was not on a person so clearly this is bogus and is set to just perform random measures which I think is quite despicable and very misleading by the manufacturers and the sellersand if you were relying on it, could be dangerous as you may have very high blood pressure and the watch would be telling you to the contrary.I have a proper official blood pressure cuff at home so I know the readings to be inaccurate so buyer beware is what I say and if the manufacturers are reading this review, shame on you is what I say for trying to trick people into thinking that this is going to help monitor their heart. It has been returned with extreme dissatisfaction!
