CLOZE Practice Book: For CEM style 11+ Test Preparation

Excellent practice book!

A great book which has really helped my 10 year old to attempt this section of the 11+ tests as well as increase vocabulary, spelling and knowledge. The texts are varied and very interesting. My child has really enjoyed completing these texts.

Full of interesting short texts that really test my boy's fluency and grammatical knowledge too. Again another excellent book from Gulliford Tutors - highly recommended.

Challenging book for preparing for 11+ exams.Perfect for children to practice on and it is helping pick out some areas where we need to concentrate their learning on.

I’ve bought various tutor books over the last couple of years, but really like how clearly this is set out, one of my favorites 👍🏻

I am an 11+ school tutor and this book cleverly provides interesting practise for what I consider to be the hardest Verbal Reasoning tasks. These tasks require word knowledge and the spellings of them. Any new words learnt can be reinforced by adding them into the '11+Vocabulary workbook.' (Also by the Gulliford Tutors). There are helpful tips at the front of each section how to tackle the questions.The Cloze word bank extracts are pitched at an appropriate interest level for 10/11 year old students.I would recommend to my students.
