Sets your makeup
This is a very interesting product. I haven't used face powder except as a blush before, so I wasn't sure what to expect. This is a translucent powder that is meant to set liquid foundation so that it lasts longer and doesn't settle into fine lines.I recommend watching the video on applying the powder. If you use a brush, the technique is unusual, sort of a rolling motion rather than brushing.I like the packaging of the powder because it keeps too much from getting on the brush, and it sea.s tightly.I like the subtle, smooth effect that I get with this powder. It's surprising that it b.ends in with my medium tone skin even though the powder looks so light. I'm not sure about the "blurring of fine lines" that they promise, but the lines on my face might not be fine enough! : 0

Smooth and silky powder. Worth it.
I thought this was a bit pricey but it's definitely worth the money. There is a lot of powder and it gives a very smooth and beautiful looking finish.

If you’re usually not a fan of powders…give this a try!
This comes in a nice jar. It has a little cover inside so the holes stayed covered when it’s not in use, so the powder doesn’t get messy. I really like that! It comes with a little puff. I never use those, but I know some do so I wanted to mention it.This is a great setting powder…and me saying that says a lot! I have normal to dry skin, more on the dry side with some extremely dry areas. Due to the dryness I have, there aren’t many powders I like, especially loose ones. I find most make me look dry and cakey and accentuate drier areas. So, I tend to only use powder sparingly in specific areas. Even using it that way, there’s very few powders I end up liking, let alone loving. There are times I need to set my whole face, and for those times I want a finely milled powder that isn’t going to make me look dry or cakey. This fits that and then some! This is really finely milled. It goes on smoothly without looking dry or powdery. It doesn’t look or feel cakey. It sets my makeup in place, leaves my makeup looking nice and smooth, but not looking or feeling dry or cakey…it really feels like nothing at all on the skin. I have been reaching for this constantly! I’m not afraid to use it and worry it’ll ruin my makeup look having it end up dry and cakey looking. Not only that, but it actually makes it look better…smoother. Overall, I really am enjoying this and definitely recommend it! If you’re like me and usually don’t like powders, give this one a try!

A little pricey but works good
I am not a big make-up wearer and found this product easy to use but found it a little pricey as well. After 40 my face just doesn't do foundation well so I am more of the moisturizer and a little powder ... it works for me. I found that this product, used sparingly (very sparingly) worked for me. It was a little too light for my skin but I will just wear it in the winter. It was easy to apply (read the instructions). Just wouldn't be my go to due to the price. I give it 4 stars.

Makes my skin look smoother and softer
This translucent loose setting powder was made in Italy. It comes with an applicator puff, however personally I get the best results applying this powder with a soft loose powder brush. The jar has a shifter type dispenser similar to a salt shaker. I shake out the desired amount of product into the lid and then swirl my brush in it. The design of the packaging is not an optimal one for brush application but it prevents powder loss, and since I like this powder a lot I appreciate this design concept. The powder doesn’t add color to the skin. My skin is very light but I also tested it on my teen daughter whose complexion is in the light medium spectrum and the powder works equally well for both of us. I use this powder over my liquid foundation and it sets the foundation making it last longer and greatly diminishing its settlement into my fine lines. It also prevents shine and evens out my skin tone. My skin looks visibly softer and smoother. This setting loose powder has been a welcomed addition to my makeup routine. I highly recommend it.

So matte that I was dusty…and blurring?
I’m going to start right off by saying that this is not for me. I don’t really know who it is for because it sounded ideal for my specific skin type and it wasn’t. I have acne-prone/oily/sensitive skin for reference. I’m a perpetual oil slick and this powder made me so matte that I looked like I needed to be dusted off. It was some how drying on my very dewy skin. The other thing was the blurring…never saw it. I used a light cover foundation and then this powder and all of my imperfections (acne) were on display…front and center. Nothing was diffused or toned down, other than what the light foundation had already done. I just don’t see any point to this powder. It made my skin look worse without any benefits making it even semi-worth it.

Expensive for what it is
After a workout and a quick shower my face was looking kind of splotchy so I applied moisturizer and thought I’d put this powder on as it says it evens out skin. On its own, it didn’t do anything so I followed the directions to apply it over liquid makeup. I put my concealer on and then brushed this powder over top of it. I didn’t care for the included applicator poof so I used my own brush. After an entire day my concealer still looked pretty fresh but it wasn’t blowing me away. If I used a liquid foundation perhaps there would be more value in buying this powder.I’ve never used a finishing powder prior to this so I don’t know how it stacks up to others but for me I wasn’t wowed.
