A must-have accessory for the Surface pro x, this keyboard is well made and well lit. The three stage backlight is an essential add-on and it works flawlessly. The key travel is satisfactory and it's literally silent.This is a genuine product and is well packaged by Amazon. Regardless to say, you need this for your Surface so do not hesitate in getting the same.

The Product received was defective. Amazon asked to talk directly with Microsoft Servicr Centre. And No one is responding over there

It's probably best not to buy any Microsoft computers,!
Bought a Microsoft surface Pro X 2 years ago. The type cover, which is overpriced, stopped working after a year and as a result, the Microsoft surface pen, can't be charged. Though the computer works, I had to shell out more money to get a new type cover and a surface pen. Really not worth it and I regret it now.

Never buy any Microsoft laptop or accessories
I purchased it one year ago, (I experienced the problem before expiry of warranty but I couldn’t reach them)after warranty period I called to Microsoft for information about service centre for repair( I will pay for servicing I have said to them ) but they don’t have any service centre, they are saying me to buy a new one .
