Good taste but pricey
Great taste but pricey. Used to get 3-4x size at grocery stores in Canada at decent low prices. Really miss having one with each lunch.

These Pickled Onions are OLD & NASTY
….even though the expiry date says June 2024 (it’s late Jan now) they are blackened around the stems, the onions are grey & soft NOT crunchy like they are supposed to be!! I have been eating pickled onions for over 50yrs so I know what I’m talking about. I wanted to return them but Amazon won’t accept a return for whatever reason. I DO NOT recommend that anyone buy this Brand!!! FYI, I wanted to leave ZERO Stars but this process won’t let me so I chose One…

Pickled Onions are GO!
What is onion? When is onion? How is onion? Where is onion? Why is onion? Onion is lachrymogenic multi-layered spherical allium, sliceable. Onion is now, forever present, and is past, like morning dew, and is future like stars we behold. Onion is kind, firm, generous, always friendly, never criticises. Onion is here, there and everywhere, like damned elusive Pimpernel. Onion is to remind us of how sad onionless world would be.Malt vinegar as cocktail ingredient. Shake it, make it, mash it up with your favourite hooch and chug that baby. Sooo good. It will fly you to the moon and back. Malt vinegar, a splash of colouring, a dash of sea salt, "spices" and the quintessentiality of onion, and the world is your mussel. They're all right, but not as good as my mum's.

These are the real thing
Growing up in England (now in the us) I became knowledgeable about picked onions. My grandmother used to make several jars or pickled onions as well as pickled red cabbage. I became addicted to her onions so much so I would sneak into the pantry to open the jars before they were ready to drink the vinegar. Of course I got caught and chastised for it. Christmas night was the best, formal opening time to compliment the Christmas evening meal. The taste of these onions brought back all those memories. Of course I am now old and still love the taste and flavor, real malt vinegar tangy and a little sweet. The only thing missing is the tangy spicy pickling spices my grandmother used. Gray product I’m sorry I just found them

This was not exactly what I had hoped for. Onions were larger than I expected.
