My daughter bought this for her iPad and it was the wrong one so I have no idea what she did with it. Just make sure you getting the right one and right size for your iPad if you have this problem.

No DIY. No instructions. Horrible service
I could give a '0' rating, if I can. This is a NO DIY product for iPad AIR 2, as you need to separate glass/digitizer from LCD. Emailed the seller and got no help there only suggested to search youtube. Avoid, if you are looking for DIY.
