Woman Walks Ahead

Great film, great cast, Michael Greyeyes faultless as usual.

This is an extremely informative as well as a really enjoyable film with a fine cast of actors.The outstanding performance by Michael Greyeyes as Sitting Bull, was credible and very moving.

I’ve been looking for this DVD for some time and finally found it. It took a little time to arrive but that was explained with the purchase when buying so not a problem. It actually arrived nearly a week early so I was really happy. It arrived in good condition and was well worth the wait. Very good film. Thank you

Based on a true story ...with some Hollywood liberties taken ... it's an interesting n enjoyable film about a young female artist and her fascination with painting native Americans...in particular Chief Sittingbull. The F word is used a couple times which was disappointing

Beautiful, sensitively filmed. But heartbreaking in how the white colonists behaved and treated the Native American people. The sheer brutality and callousness, the cruelty and pitilessness perpetrated on a people who were innocent of the treachery and the greed which, motivated the white colonists.They did not deserve what was done to them. Only one name can be used and that is GENOCIDE.The white population of America should hang their head in shame for what their predecessors did and in many ways still goes on today.

I brought this movie because I love watching the actor Michael greyeyes. Its very educational and it made sad that British students are not taught about the declaration of indipendance and how the British were just as brutal to the natives as the American cavelreys were. Its an eye opener that helped me see the only government worth supporting is God's kingdom. Something that has and never will fail. A government that brings true peace.

Michael Greyeyes is totally believable as Sitting Bull, there are some bits of humour along the way.
