Having had many health issues, I can never complete cleanses because of the adverse side effects- bathroom sprints, headaches, body pain, stomach issues and pain. After 3 full weeks, I have not had one side effect from this and am just now beginning to feel a difference in how I feel. Less fatigued, more energy, less like I weigh a bazillion pounds- lighter. The hardest part of this process is getting enough water. I really struggled the first week and still need to add more to my regimen. Great Product! Clears Your System and Allows Weight Loss

I received this product about a week ago and started using it right away. Its so simple to take and not have to worry about swallowing pills and bad side effects. I can't say that i feel a difference in the way I feel yet while taking it but you would have to wait it out as its a 30 day thing. I love the ease of use with no extra effort involved and love that it is a way to detoxify your body from medication or just in general. Its a very thin consistency and mixes well in the water. There is no taste so nothing to affect you from wanting to drink the water after it is mixed in. I even put my husband on the cycle. I will continue to use this product and probably run the 30 day cycle every 6 months.
