This is the first time I've tried anything like this. I chose this one because its supposed to be gradual and not a straight up dye job. I'm 48, and have plenty of grey on my head and goatee for it to work on.It is definitely gradual. You will not notice anything after 1 wash, or 2, or 3. It takes about 6 times to start noticing. I used it every time for about 2 weeks to get it as dark as I wanted. Now I use it every 3rd wash just to maintain. Both the one for my hair and the one for my goatee work great. I recommended it to my brother-in-law and he loves it too.A few tips:1. It will stain your nails. I found it easiest to use nitrile gloves when using.2. SHAKE IT WELL before each use.3. The cap has a sort of seal that you have to push the shampoo through. I always ended up pushing too much. I found that taking the cap off allows me to better control how much comes out.I will definitely buy more when I use it up.

Yeah this product worked. Of course once your hair grows you will have to keep using the product. Does as it should and the color blended nicely with my natural hair color.

Periodically, I will look in the mirror and not know the person looking back since he has all white hair and a gray beard. So I will tend to color it every now and then, but don’t want to take a risk with many of the store-bought brands that can go downhill very quickly. Since this is a shampoo, it’s very, easy to apply, gentle on your skin, and does the trick. It’s much different than your typical hair dye because you just shampoo it and then wait a while, and it gradually will change the color of your hair. Some of the other dyes tend to go really dark really fast and look very artificial. This never did that. as far as how long you need to wait, that’s kind of trial and error. But it will never get so dark that you look like somebody took a magic marker to your head. I will definitely get this again when that old man comes back to my mirror.

Ive tried other brands that dont work at all. Just for men works really well.

This product worked ok. It seemed to start working in the beginning when using 2 or 3 days per week, but now it seems to be doing nothing. It seems the dye was only in one place in the bottle instead of being distributed throughout the bottle. Not sure we will be purchasing again.

This stuff works and works really well! Make sure to wash your hands really well as it can stain a bit.
