The thing about supplements is you really never know. So I'll tell you what I noticed about this product. The pills dissolve under your tongue, and taste good. That's all I can report.I've taken NR (Niagen) for a little over a year, and haven't noticed any effect, but then I don't know what I should "feel". I switched to NMN as an NAD+ enhancer because of Dr. David Sinclair. I'm taking 1 gram so 8 of these pills a day. Making this a 30 day supply (expensive). I'm taking it in combination with resveratrol, and 1 gram of metformin. This is basically what Dr. David Sinclair is taking, and we're approximately the same age.It's a relatively expensive protocol. So unless you're solidly middle-aged (age 40+)I wouldn't do it. I also wouldn't do it until after you've fixed your diet and exercise, since I think that will have more of a positive effect on your health and longevity than any supplement. This isn't a magic pill that makes you healthy. If you have bad habits, eat a crappy diet, and live a sedentary lifestyle, DON'T DO THIS. Do the cheap/free stuff first. Eat good food, and exercise.I hope Alive is a company of its word, I hope this is NMN, and not just some other B3 or filler. There is no way to know.

I am a fan of this product but not for the reasons they suggest...Dr. David SInclair is an associate of mine. Because of his research it is pretty clear that NAD+ precursors such as Niacinamide and NMN are powerful anti-aging supplements. I began taking NMN about 30 days ago and in that time have noticed significant improvement in endurance (swimming, biking, running) and cognitive performance (Online Chess scores up over 100 pts from 1220 t0 1320). So, while it is possible the sports performance is due to placebo effect, the person I am playing chess against, doesn't know or care that I am taking NMN.The sub-lingual pills from Alive by Nature aren't unpleasant tasting so they are easy to take. BUT the recommended dosage is 1-3 grams per day and in 125MG tablets, that's a lot of tablets. I wish they made a 250 MG tablet or better a 500 MG tablet.

This is an excellent product, but if you are not buying it directly from the manufacturer - who used to sell this on Amaxon (the ad is theirs) - you are most likely being ripped off on price.I bought this when AliveByNature was selling it on Amazon directly and paid $149.99 per 240 ct bottle. It is currently being sold by a party unrelated to the manufacturer at a STEEP markup of almost $100 MORE than the manufacturer sold it for on Amazon the manufacturer still sells this product at the same price -$149.99 per 240ct bottle.There is also no telling if the actual product being sold from other sellers, sellers who have no qualms about drastically overcharging buyers, is in fact what is claimed.I can only trust the manufacurer at this point and this product has become an important part of my daily regime. Wish the maufacturer would sell this again on Amazon.

I was taking these 4 in the afternoon and then for the evening and had moderate results. I've been started taking 8 together under my tongue and have noticed a much better result from this. My plan is to do a NAD infusion and alternate between an infusion and then pills.I'm doing this because I had low energy. I'm definitely not bouncing off the walls, but I do find that I have long-lasting consistent energy. My sleep is deeper my dreams lately have been very Vivid and very odd but nothing too terrifying or harmful just deeper dreams for some reason. I think what I like best is that my mood is so much better and my outlook is so much more positive. I just feel a deeper sense of happiness, wholeness and completeness.Please remember though I have had a NAD infusion so I don't know if that is enhancing the pills. Either way I've made a great choice!

Not sure if it works as i am taking for prevention. I am 41 and has not health issues. Expensive

Let me start by saying I’m a big believe in NMN and resveratrol ala Dr Sinclair and I love the fact that I don’t have to deal with messy powders as I have had to do so with other NMN products and just pop a pill under my tongue.That being said, I have 2 concerns: 1) the taste is definitely a bit funky (guessing this is due to the monk fruit) and 2) not sure why but these pills do not completely dissolve under the tongue like other products when done sublingually, meaning even after 3-5 mins, there’s still a LOT of product that I’m swallowing vs getting absorbed under the tongue which kinda defeats bypassing the liver and related benefits of sublingual administration.I will stick with it while I have them, but unsure exactly how much NMN is getting absorbed in the most efficient manner.

I am a hiker and over the years I walked through a ton of brambles and bushes and ended up with cuts and scrapes covering my legs. The front of my calfs ended up with red scrapes and scars that really did not seem to heal properly. There are a lot of scientific papers out (be aware that most of which are done on mice and yeast) that show very positive effects on health --including positive impacts on diabetes, aging, and eye health.This is the same Niagen used by others, only in a better dose at a more affordable price. Save yourself some money and get the bigger dosage from alivebynature. And also consider pairing it with some pterostilbene.
