Real quality camera system
Very easy to setup and use. Very pricey though. Image quality is top notch in both day and night settings, and the microphone feature isn’t too bad. The siren is a joke though. The app has enough features to do everything you need and pretty user friendly. The only downside I am experiencing is limited range for a small house. Also, recommend using a power cord whenever possible to enable all features, or at the very least a solar charger to keep it topped off. With normal traffic through my house the batteries die in less than a month.

Great System
We had a little security scare a few weeks ago and decided to purchase a security camera system. I have to say I'm super impressed. Sharp video quality, local storage capability, security light, motion sensor, siren, e911, easy install, two-way communication and HomeKit compatibility. What more could you want!? The local storage and HomeKit compatibility is what really sold me though. I only wish the HomeKit integration was a little deeper (Secure Video please!!)...but HomeKit integration is at least there which is was a requirement for me. Some of the other reviewers complaints seem like they're rooted in poor wifi signal...you're dealing with 4K video so the units obviously need strong signal outdoors. I've had zero issues. Definitely feeling safer and would totally reccomend!!

Avoid making a mistake!
This company is dishonest in so many ways. The equipment says you can record locally without a subscription and that worked for the first few months. Then they updated their service and now, in order to record, you must pay them monthly. Talk about a "bait and switch!"And Customer Service? They give you a "chat" option, but you are chatting with a robot. You cannot access a human being unless you are a paid subscriber to their security service. They did give an email which I applied to. After a couple weeks they sent me an email setting up a zoom call. During that Zoom call they discovered that a recent bios update had caused my equipment to quit working. They fixed that by restoring me to the previous bios. However, ever since then, I can no longer record to the sd card like I was able to do when I bought the equipment and as it was advertised. The equipment was initially difficult to connect, and even more difficult to keep up and running. Batteries die quickly, connecting the cameras to the base is difficult. The "geo-fence" doesn't work and overall, the equipment is poor. Bad experience all around. As long as you pay their monthly subscription, don't need any help, or expect them to be honest on their offers, you may be ok. But if you expect customer care, and honesty in advertising, and software that actually does what it says it will do, I'd look for a different brand.

Great camera system, terrible battery life
This camera system is fantastic. The video is very clear, and can easily be zoomed in for more detail. Setting the system up was easy and I love that I can digitally flip video 180 because my husband mounted one camera upside down. The app itself is easy to use and works as it should. My only complaint is that the battery life is listed at six months and my battery is down to 30% capacity in three days. Six months vs about five days is a huge difference and very inconvenient in that our cameras are all roof mounted. I shouldn't have to pay $50 extra per camera to purchase a separate outdoor charging cable. I'm giving the system and software itself four stars but docking a star for the vastly over represented battery life.

Arlo Ultras are fantastic!
I kicked out my Apple Home Kit and replaced it with Arlo. I'm pretty impressed with how easy it was to unbox and connect my set of three Ultras to my network, and get them up and running. The picture quality on the 4k cameras is excellent. The settings within the app are very robust and the fact that they "play well" with my existing Amazon Echo system makes it a fantastic pairing for total home security. The batteries onboard each camera are long-lasting and easy to recharge. Don't hesitate to get yourself a set of Ultras!

Birds eye in the sky
The Arlo Ultra camera system I had recently purchased has worked like a charm. I am now able to have a peace of mind while sleeping or not home. I was able to locate a camera fairly far and high up on a pole and this monitors the front of the property as well as whom enters our culdesac. In return, if someone has problems or a break in within the neighborhood. We could possibly review the footage and perhaps catch a license plate if they are not on foot . Although the cameras have been installed for one week exactly. Very little issues with them. Just be sure your wireless range can handle the distance unless you buy a wireless repeater to extend the range.

Good cameras, but underwhelmed by support and monthly costs
The cameras do what they're supposed to do. We've tried setting them up for the active zones and only recording for people, but those settings don't work well, so we're constantly having to recharge the cameras. As a result, a plastic tab on one of the magnetic mounts broke. Can't find a replacement for the hardware to mount the camera mount, and replacement mounts are $40. We've only had this product for a few months. Chatted with tech support, and in order to help me, they want me to get the other mount for comparison and send them a picture, which is going to be an incredible hassle. Between the constant charging, the broken mount, and the cost to save the camera recordings (I'm getting ready to set this up on a local hard drive to cut that cost), I would not purchase these cameras again.

Up and Working Great
This was system was easily installed and the quality of the picture was outstanding. The batteries doesn't last 6 months but that depends if you leave it on continuously or just arm it up when you are there or not.
