great cooking ingredient
great cooking ingredient and adds a good taste. I use to for a Gyoza-Filling Rice Bowl meal which the recipe can be found on google.

Exactly what I need and expiry date is not what the other reviews say
Perfect for cooking, couldn’t find it in any supermarkets. For those complaining the product is massively beyond its best before, this is a Japanese product with info written in Japanese. The date format is year/month/day so mine expires 11th of September 2024

Great for cooking
I'm not a fan of sake for drinking but a lot of japanese recipes require Sake... Far cheaper than buying a bottle of drinking sake... good value

Salty taste renders this unusable for me
This product is not to my taste at all . It tastes of salt predominantly. It lists corn syrup in the list of ingredients which is on the bottle but doesn’t show in product information on site . Absolute waste of my money - very disappointed.

Was sent a bottle that was over 10 years past it's use by date!!
The bottle of sake received had a use by date of 24th March 2013!!! Luckily it was noticed before trying it and potentially killing someone
