Great supportive product
The Garden of Life Vitamin K2 and K1 is a great product to support the body. It can be used in combination with vit D for added Vit D absorbancy. Taking vit K as a supplement has been a plus especially when we weren't eating whole foods that has vit K in them. Always talk to your Doctor before taking Vit K2 as it may not be supportive with people with certain conditions. I like that the product has the dual vit K. Iv'e been using this supplement product for many years and I have been very happy with it's support.

Expecting it to work
Ingredients: The ingredients are made from whole foods and comes with probiotics and enzyme for better digestion. Got this 2 days back and yet to experience if it really works or atleast doesn't cause any issues.

Great for thrombocytopenia!
Took these vitamins (with other Garden of Life vitamins) in preparation for labor and delivery. My midwives told me that they were concerned that I would have trouble clotting after delivery (because of a blood test that suggested as such), so I did everything I could to help myself, which led me to these vitamins. After I gave birth, the midwives were shocked at how little I bled. Bleeding was minimal during my postpartum recovery, and I do believe these vitamins had something to do with that, as my other births did not go the same way. Highly recommend this brand.
