Great product, easy to use, and it does work. 5 min a day holds is enough to get a great stretch.

I purchased this to work on my flexibility. It's easy to just pull it out of the box and go. There is an app that shows some instructions on how to use it, which is helpful. It's lightweight and adjustable. I just push it under the bed when not in use. I do believe if you use it regularly, it will definitely help. There's a waist belt that comes with it to help with your stretch if needed (it attaches to the bar you hold). I haven't used that, but it is there.

I was super excited to get this product however disappointed the package was large and non discreet. A bit embarrassed to pick it up at ups and ride the bus with it. The instructions are not accurate and baffling and confusing and the free "training" video is just an advertisement however i was able to finally guess how it works with trial and errors. The handle in the middle points to your groin so you cant do the full splits because it sticks into your groin, and unless you are about 5 foot its too short after full extension anyhow. The rubber pieces start biting really hard into your ankles way before you have enough pressure on your legs to really stretch. After 1 single exercise use they already tore anyhow. Its affordable but clunky and noisy. Its a problem if you have sensitive neighbors with this metal clanking and scraping on the floor. You have to line up these pins exactly right to extend the bars so you have to keep going back and forth. The middle section wobbles side to side rapidly which i believe is dangerous "if" you could actually get a good stretch because rapidly moving will cause injury. Its just china junk (i happen to love buying china cheap junk) but it doesn't work. Its just for people who will buy and not use. Hopefully someone can make a better one and focus on full splits for men. This is more suited for beginners. It might be ok to get to 90 or 100 degrees but not 180.

Très pratique pour une personne qui n'est pas souple comme moi. On peut tenir longtemps la position sans se fatiguer et il s'ajuste facilement.

The joints are pretty weak. The middle section snapped off after the thrid time using it.

Peodotto di bassa qualita'. Il pacco e' arrivato aperto. La scatola di cartone era mazza rotta, rovinata e vecchia. Il prodotto e' estremamente fragile, non solodio, molto leggero. Sembra che si stia per rompere da un momento all'altro.
