A cheap lead weight
I received this item bent and damaged. Fortunately, I managed to bend it back into a straight bar. It didn't come black or plastic coated like my other backplate weights. The V shape is very uncomfortable and hard to manage with a backplate, I'm not sure why you would want that. I prefer a flat bar, but couldn't find one, and I wish it came with bolts, but I guess I'll make the trip to Lowes.

Poor quality
Poorly cast with voids, and due to cooling issues, bar is bent/warped bad.

Un-useable and poorly cast
The weight was close enough to 10 lbs. However, the weight was poorly cast and arrived broken/cracked. It appears as though during pouring process the metal was not hot enough and caused layers to be formed instead of it melting together and melding in the mold. As seen in the photos, this caused stress fractures and potential breaking points. The seller agreed to a refund, but for a simple material to melt (due to the low 620F temp needed to melt) it shouldn't have failed so easily. I wanted to purchase the weight already cast because it is toxic to work with. Now I will find another means to achieve what I need.
