I hung these posters up on the gym walls at the elementary school I work at and the kids love them. We either use them as a rotation workout traveling around the gym doing different workouts, or even during free time the kids will go to a posters and do the them.

Great graphics but several months later I still can’t get the posters to lay flat. I even keep something laying on the posters between uses and they still curl up.

I didn't know that these posters are double sides with posters of different series! So for example, Bodyweight 1 has Dumbbells 1 on the back! I bought the entire series so now I feel like I wasted some money lol. But I will give away what I don't need. I am going to build a hanging frame so I can turn over the posters to easily see the side I want. The posters came tightly curled up, but includes instructions on how to use gentle heat to straighten the posters out. A very thoughtful addition to the packaging honestly.

These are great exercises . With as heavy as I am ...I'm gonna get swole.

love these charts ... I have them hanging in my work out area and they are a great reminder of what type of stretches I need to do. The graphics are clear and they are the perfect size.

I would’ve given this 5 stars if they were delivered flat. They are laminated in heavy plastic and come rolled up so I’m trying to get them to flatten out. Which isn’t as simple as I hoped. Besides that, I really like the product and the diagrams.

These sheets have all the activities I need. I keep them under the sofa and pull out when needed.
