Much better than all of my previous ones
Seems to work very well. I started with a 1 GB drive but it filled up really fast so I got a 3 GB and it lasts lots longer. The Active X on IE works very well my past units had client software and they were terrible but this one works good I just wish it worked in Chrome. There is a shell for Chrome to run IE and that way it works. Any way you can use any computer that will allow the Active X to install. There seems to be some minimum level required before the audio works. There has to be plenty of sound before it turns on. I guess it is that way to cut off back ground noise. The remote is kind of touchy it has to be aimed just right to complete the task. There is no fan inside to cool the drive so I bought a 40X40X20 12 volt fan and set it in there and just poked the wires down inside the drive power plug seems to work good. I like the setup screen for the drive shows smart info for the drive so I can see the temperature.I wish it had a brand name on it and a link to software upgrades but it doesn't. Other than contacting the seller there is no support I guess.
