Great for the price

My wife has been using for over 5 years with excellent results and never complained of odor or fishy after taste. I checked her current bottle and a new unopened bottle and they do have an unpleasant odor if you sniff the bottle. D supplements makes me nauseous. I tried lower doses (when they could be found, 400 IU in solid pill) as well as gummies cut in half (since liquid in a capsule cannot be cut in half). No change. I ordered the spray D to try but, it never arrived. Even a multi with a low D (also, no more) made me nauseous. I gave up. During the pandemic, I read in the sun for 20 minutes a day.Later my dermatologist at a major state research university said, they actually do not recommend that now!Jump forward 5 years. Not sitting in sun for a year and now winter. I am sure my D is low. Like most humans. So, I tried again but I went for LOWEST I could find (1000 IU seems that number now) and a brand that seemed OK but not one I used in past.This one seems OK. I do get nausea but it takes a few days of taking it before I notice it. Also, I now take it after dinner so I am asleep most of the time it is entering my bloodstream. This all helps plus, I skip a day ever 2-3 days so it clears out. Once in a while, I skip a week too. That also seems to help.I suspect the D supplementation and need for D is overblown. It is looking more and more that IR light from the sun hitting your blood vessels is probably the main reason to get some sun, if you can. The good thing is that IR is not the cause of cancer and, will work with some clothing on! So long sleeve shirt treated with UV block and UV suntan lotion but some time in the warn IR rays of the sun is good for your cardiovascular system. It seems…
