Tasty but mild
Good,but mild. More as a dressing than an ingredient. Not to make a vinaigrette, just use as is.

Amazing vinegar!
This is a very special gourmet item.The mild flavor (low acidity) makes it very flavorful and unique.I used it without olive oil for my regular salad dressing. A must have!
