I wanted a standard gaming PC for my son. This came up and it does exactly what it says on the box. Even though the graphics card is already installed it still comes with the box. The gaming mouse and keyboard are good quality and the monitor is a good size with really good picture and sound quality.

good pc, you get what you paid for, good deal. ISSUES: many of the usb slots dont work, only 1/3 of the slots on the top dont work and it leads to issues such as only being to have 1 monitor plugged in through the back. i had to buy a USB splitter so i could fit all the stuff i need.

The delivery was ahead of schedule, which is never a bad thing as long as you're in to receive it. The computer, monitor and other items were in individual boxes within one big box and were very well packaged. Setting the system up was straightforward, as long as you have some basic knowledge of how these things connect. Somebody with less experience may need a friend to help. The performance has been very satisfying; I'm not a massive gamer but those that I do play run smoothly at 60+ fps. It also copes very well with live streaming, which is the main reason I made the purchase; I can output to Twitch at a steady 1920x1080 resolution, though a lot will depend on the speed of your internet connection. The lights on the base unit are colourful and can even be adjusted with the provided remote control! I had a slight issue at first where the OS wasn't picking up the 1TB HDD, only the SSD. I called the helpline and a technician rang straight back and remedied the problem via remote assistance. Friendly and helpful too. If there is one slight criticism it would be the amount of noise the fans make. This is quite noticeable in a small room and it's almost a relief when you power the system down at the end of the day! A relatively minor issue really and the whole unit seems to run very cool. Overall, this is an excellent system for the price.

-This PC was great at first. I was so pleased with it and gave it great review to reflect that. It booted up quickly, was an easy setup and worked fine for gaming.- Less than a year in, the faulty PSU that was put in blew up. I needed the PC repaired asap as I also use it for work purposes; I ended up having to take it to a local repair shop as sending the whole computer back to the seller via courier and waiting for them to sort it out and send it back was not an option I could do. The seller refused to reimburse me for the repairs which was disappointing to say the list, not only given that it was a faulty part put in by them but also the severity of what could have happened with such a fault. And now, still less than a year in, the screen is starting to fail ☹️ just adds the cherry on top really and such a disappointment given how well it all started...

We bought this for our 10 year old and so far it's performing really well. Simple to put together and the system was up and running in no time. Having used it daily we are more than happy with the product. It runs Minecraft / Roblox and Microsoft Flight Sim 2020 with no problems at all. However the bundle does not come with Bluetooth connectivity (£8) or a Web cam / microphone (£19). We also purchased a basic soundbar (£30). With the additional purchases this is an ideal first computer.

Pc works alright now but the hdd was corrupted so I had to sort that out which caused a lot of stress, I’ve also just had to get it repaired secure boot wasn’t installed and this has been something that pcs should have had for the last 6 years at least, the technician also noticed some of the cables aren’t the correct ones limiting motherboard performance, wouldn’t recommend this brand of prebuilt pcs

Fast delivery, great case & quality components, well built machine. Best value in this price range for an i7 machine with 16gb ram, Ssd, & decent gpu that’s not on board like many of the machines with Vegas in. Curved monitor with built in speakers is great, mouse & keyboard are a nice touch too. Up & running in less than 20 mins, Windows pre-installed. Very Happy, bought for my son but I might buy myself one!

This bundle is not a plug in and go item as we were led to believe. We are on our 3rd replacement for this item since December due to ongoing blue screen issues. You MUST do the latest windows updates and then the graphics card driver updates before you do anything else on this PC. Once these updates are done - you need to set that date and time as your reset date. This process can take a couple of hours. One you do that, all should be absolutely fine. In fairness the company's customer service was good and replaced each pc very quickly and quibble free. My son is really happy with it and meets all his needs for gaming online and school work. Looks good and great graphics!
