I used to get the Douglas Labs brand- but when that stopped being available- I really needed an alternative. I ended up here, and I couldn't be more grateful. This is currently my favorite ginger supplement.

This product is very good but the distributor put their own label over the direction label and I had to contact Pure Encapsulations for the directions. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THAT I HAVE RECEIVED SUPPLEMENTS WHERE THE DIRECTIONS OF THE MANUFACTURER HAVE BEEN OBLITERATED BY THE DISTRIBUTORS LABEL. THIS IS SLOPPY CARELESSNESS AND MAKES UNNECESSARY WORK FOR THE CONSUMER..AND MAKES ONE WONDER IF THEY WOULD NOT BE BETTER OFF FINDING A DIFFERENT SUPPLIER.

When I started drinking ginger ale, immediately my stomach & intestines felt so much better !Healthier. So, by taking a ginger capsule, I could get more variety in what I drank.

Sometimes you don't know if a vitamin supplement is effective until you stop taking it. But, this one is highly recommended by experts. It's very expensive compared to other vitamin/mineral products.

My doctor recommended I take ginger to help with some recent digestive issues. I initially balked at the price and instead bought a cheap brand from my local drugstore. I saw a small improvement, so when I ran out I splurged and bought this one. As soon as I started taking this one, I saw a huge improvement compared to the drugstore brand. It's really helping speed up my digestion, which is the main reason I'm taking it.

Not sure how to judge this product's efficacy, but I open capsule and put powder into cup of decaf green tea. Tastes fine and like anything else, I hope it is doing good things for me.

I have been using Ginger extract for a few years for motion sickness. We recently came back from a cruise and there were a couple of days that the seas were pretty rough and I did not have one moment of motions sickeness. I took 2 capsules twice a day for 2 weeks prior and then 3-4 each day while on the cruise. Love this product!
