I am using Apple, Bose &Sony WH-1000XM5 (blue tooth) which is next level but wanted one wired headset for office calls which has good quality along with some Noise Cancellation so here is my honest review for Jabra Evolve 20 :- 1) Good quality for calls & Music 👍(Even with full volume) 2) Good Comfort Level over ears even while using it for hours & is not bulky like many on Amazon. 3) Sound Quality of headphones is good as compared to its price on Amazon 4) Controller has Mute button & volume control is also useful 5) MS Teams users —> Go for it 6) Mic position can be changed & quality is good 7) Only I want Jabra to start selling that hard carry case as in my Laptop bag, I want it to be more secured & I can’t get a good one. #Jabraevolve20 #bestheadset for office calls #goodforMSTeams

Voice cancellation is worst, don't buy
The noise cancellation on this headset is extremely poor. When compared to my iPhone 15's noise cancellation, the iPhone performed significantly better. This product does not meet expectations and feels like a complete waste of money. Additionally, the return option is not available, which adds to the frustration. I would recommend investing a bit more to purchase a proper noise-canceling headset instead. After placing a replacement request, I was sent a damaged product. Although customer care eventually resolved the issue by providing a refund, the experience was highly inconvenient. If you need a headset with effective noise cancellation and a reliable microphone for corporate online meetings, I strongly suggest exploring other options. The Jabra Evolve 20 MS feels like a very basic headset and did not meet my requirements. Overall, I am not satisfied with this product.

Value for Money - reliable
This is a good value for money product. This is the second time I'm ordering this. Last one lasted for over 5 years of daily use. Its wired so eventually the wire wears off and the ear cushions needed replacement once. Its very light weight, which is good if you are using this several times a day.

Awesome headphone for Teams call
light weight, ergonomics, easy control to answer teams call, mute, volume control, audio sound quality is good, noise cancel mic quality is awesome. No hassle cable on floor and avoids damages.

Noice cancellation is good.👍 Light weight.👍 Can be used with mobile as well using USB to c type cable.👍 Controller response is slow.🥱 Price seems to be high but overall good product.👌

MIcrophone is amazing
Microphone Quality The microphone on this headphone is simply amazing, with excellent noise cancellation. However, it still picks up some high-frequency sounds, such as a baby crying loudly. To fix this issue, you can use a windshield (foam) for the mic, which will help resolve the problem. Audio Quality The audio quality is just okay; nothing special. You can hear sound, but there's no bass, treble, or anything noteworthy. It’s not suitable for audiophiles, gamers, or movie lovers. Go for it if your priority is high-quality calls on Teams and other meeting apps.
