Good taste and good quality. Not comparable to what you would get farm fresh in Italy but still very good. Pizza Napoletana comes out really good with this. This product does not ship in a brine solution so I would recommend spraying some water once you separate the cheese. That way the cheese will become soft. You can freeze and thaw it out before consuming. Will not have any problem.

Value for money. Cheaper than other brands and quality wise it's excellent. Soft and chewy. Fresh and smooth textured. Loved it.

like the quality of the cheese, gently become soft when dipped into normal water. Softly melts on pizza or sandwich, found it as a better mozarella compared to the one available in Indian markets Amozon Fresh must publish the packed date, its published shelf life is "best before six months of packed date" when stored in refrigerator.

I like cheese, not all the time though, so good / real cheese is important to me!!! This is the one to buy!

Received cheese that had melted inside tje package, was stale and very bitter in taste. I checked only after I had already accepted delivery, so I could not ask for a refund and had to throw it out. What a waste of money!

Melty and soft. When put on pizza it became oily and gooey. Gives the cheese pull. High flavour quotient. At this price? Go for it!
