I love this sound bar. The design of the subwoofer, allowing it to be put underneath the couch is ingenious. It allows the bass to just fill up the room. We have a pretty small space which is in an open concept level of the house, but the sound from the sound bar and the satellite speakers really work amazingly well.The only issue I had was trying to connect a few items via Bluetooth. It had trouble remembering the connection for the next time. I don't know if that was an issue with the device I was connecting or the soundbar. No matter what, Bluetooth just isn't working for me. Good thing I don't need it. I just connected the optical out of my TV top the soundbar and I'm good.All in all, I would definitely recommend this soundbar model for everyone on a budget wanting surround sound and a really nice amount of bass.

The soundbar, subwoofer and speakers are great! Truly transforms our living room into a movie theater. The set up was a challenge but worth it in the end. The directions are over-simplified (in my opinion) and fail to provide sufficient details about how to connect the sound bar to the TV. I've determined that you have to turn the sound bar AND the TV on in order for the bar to work - it doesn't automatically turn on when you turn the TV on. Once you figure out how to operate the sound bar and surround sound systems, it will be well worth it!

If you're looking for a budget system, then this is the one for you.Unboxing: I was impressed with what came in the box and how it was packaged. Not a lot of packing materials which is always a plus. What really blew my socks off was how the cables are in another box, separated out and so organized it will give any hardcore OCD cable management geeks an orgasm. All the cables you need that can apply to any connection scenario. Truly impressive. All the speakers where easy to unbox with minimal packaging waste.Setup: What got me to purchase this besides the Vizio brand was the HDMI ARC. Once I had my speakers placed and connected I stumbled a bit trying to understand how to connect it to the TV. I have a tendency to overthink and that's where I had a bit of a short circuit. Once I calmed down I was able to understand what needed to be done. My fear was that I would get no sound from my other devices like my BD player and PS3. Once again, overthinking got in the way. Sound operated as normal and honestly it was nothing to worry about. Everything connected just fine and I had a fully operational surround system in minutes (minus the 30 due to overthinking).Bluetooth: Here's where I give it a knock. I connected my phone and it produced music great. Listening to Caligula's Horse, Contact album was an almost religious experience. My daughters came out to the living room with that WTF face that only kids can produce. I had them sit on the couch and they bounced off right quick when they felt the sub hit. It's been a few years since I've had surround sound so I felt like a kid again. Once I got about 15' away with my phone though it got some hiccups. Sound would skip and fade than return to normal. After a few songs it finally settled. So not sure if that was my phone settling in or if it was the soundbar. Overall, I give it 3*. Keep in mind that after 20 minutes or so it settles down.Sound: Phenomenal. Rear speakers are crisp. Sub hits nice. It doesn't over power the sound at all and really contributes to the atmosphere of what we watched. The soundbar itself projects well and is also crisp like the rear speakers. By the way, the cables for the rear speakers go on for days and there shouldn't be any worries about placing the speakers in relation to how you setup your sub. The sub is slim and almost fits under my couch. We have it placed behind in a corner. I would love to place it under but it's a fraction to low.Remote: I don't use it. I've got a Logitech universal remote and it works well. When I set it up I programmed it to control the sound with the TV due to the ARC cable.Overall: I give it a 5/7. Looks great and sounds great. Not a lot of bells and whistles which is OK in my book.

just awesome. perfect for my studio room. bass is just right, I had to change settings (bass -5) as it's quite bassy by default, just my preference. plugged into HDMI ARC both the unit and the tv, I had to change tv audio settings to PCM to work as it didn't worked on auto. I just set my tv audio sound mode to movie (set tv audio settings : sorround virtualizer - off, bass enchancer - off, dialog enhancer - medium).shipping + import tax to philippines is expensive but worth it. I'm keeping it as long as it last.thank you amazon for the replacement, because the first shipment got lost by UPS. I definitely recommend this product. thank you so much amazon!

If you're in the mind set of getting some decent surround sound without paying a whole ton this is the set of speakers to get. I was afraid because of the name of the brand being VIZIO, and we all know how questionable their televisions are but this surround sound set is amazing. It was a very easy and simple set up and it all comes packaged up very nice. I am a movie junky and music fanatic and already just three days of setting it up it has brought every movie so much more alive and made every base melody in Frank Oceans song feel like I am in a concert with the awesome subwoofer and surround speakers
