Great for removing stubborn caulk lines on stucco
Loved these abrasive/stripping grinder wheels! In my specific application, I recently replaced all my windows with impact, so I removed all the accordion shutters, but found the shutter frames where caulked to the stucco, when I removed the shutters the caulk lines where everywhere and was a pain to remove the lines without damaging the stucco work, decided to purchase an abrasive grinding wheel at my local hardware store for way more per wheel! After seeing it worked, I found these gems on Amazon for a more economical price, it worked exactly as the one I paid for more. I can't say enough how perfect these wheels worked for my project, I highly recommend these abrasive wheels.

Nice sanding discs for handheld grinder
Nice sanding discs. Used them to take off old paint on deck railing. Worked well but you have to be careful not to remove some wood too. I got decent life out of them, but definitely needed several for a few 8 foot sections of railing and posts.

Great on paint
I used these to grind away old latex paint on siding. Works great. Definitely wear gloves as these will grind away your skin. Be very careful when getting into the wood as it will sand away wood just as easy as that dried paint. Great for getting into tight corners up to a point. They don't last very long....so you will go through a lot of these when grinding off latex paint. Definitely wear eye protection, face shield and a dust mask isn't a bad idea either.

These work great
I bought these as an alternative to the 3m discs which are hard to find and more expensive than these. They work really well and are easy to attach to any 4 1/2 inch disc grinder. They will wear down fairly quickly if you’re doing heavy sanding. I used them to remove some poured epoxy on wood and made quick work of it. Be sure you wear both hand and arm protection with leather just in case and wear eye protection as well. Greet for prep on exterior wood siding if you’re careful not to tear up the wood. Removes paint with ease .

Exceptional value for the money!
I picked these up to try to use to strip ancient paint and rust from a 60 year old 8ftx12ft flatbed for my antique truck. Normally I would use sand blasting to strip stuff like this, but it was a bit too big to get in to my shop area, and doing it outside would have wasted an awful lot of expensive media without a good way to reclaim it. These were FAR cheaper than what it would cost to erect a temporary shelter to contain the sand blast media, so I took the gamble.... I went through less than 2 of them to do the whole thing. For the people complaining that they fall apart - you absolutely need to keep these from grabbing any kind of edge that's not rounded over, and make sure you're rotating the disc off the edge, rather than on it. So if turning clockwise, run the top side of the disc over an edge on the right, bottom side over an edge on the left. Letting the disc grab an edge will destroy it FAST. You also can't use them as grinders to cut down broken screws, nails, sharp weld edges, etc. It would have been nice to have a bit more aggressive cutting (and I suspect that might be what the different colors are, such as blue and gray), but it wasn't a deal breaker. At this rate, 10 will last me quite some time, but I will absolutely be buying more when the time comes.
