1877-82 Natural Form Bustle Era Bonnet Pattern (Sewing Pattern)

I'm going to attempt another straw braid bonnet as soon as I find a source for the braid. In the mean time it's a buckram and wire replica I will be making. This pattern was taken from an antique bonnet, as are the other patterns from this line.

***update.... I love how this turned out. I've never made a hat I was happy with but this is a keeper. I sewed and glued where it suited, and I couldn't be happier. I just need to let it dry before decorating.Nice pattern but I feel a little bamboozled. The straw hat patterns that are shown on the cover are covered for free in a tutorial on her website. I bought the pattern for a buckram hat when all I wanted was the straw ones. Im going to make the buckram hat just because I have the pattern but I wouldn't have bought the pattern if I had known this.

Excellent pattern. Real size patterns and very good instructions with all you have to know to do the hats, even if you have small sewing skills.
