I was skeptical, but am pleasantly surprised on how well these work . . .

This is a great Grill scrapper. My husband grills a lot so he wanted something that cleans the grill without hurting it. You just get the sponge part wet and you clean your grill while its hot. And the great thing is that you pop off the head and throw it in the dishwasher

So far, so good. I've used it three times, and it's great. The only reason I'm giving it 4 rather than 5 stars is that I've just replaced the grates, and they haven't yet been super grungy. Once I've done a summer's worth of grilling, I'll come back and update the review. I'm hoping it will be 5 starts then!

This is the best grill cleaner I've ever tried. So good, in fact, I threw the rest away. The steam from the water and the durability of the fire-resistant material make it more effective than most.

Gave as a gift 🎁 And Not Worth The Money 💰. Only cleaned a couple of times and gets dirty too easily!!!Size and weight isn't bad, But Only a couple of times and The effectiveness is not Good!

Works well but pad could wear out prematurely if used with too much pressure on rough carbon deposits. It's best to scrape first with a metal blade (a small drywall knife works well) before gently steaming off the rest with the Grill Rescue brush. The handle needs a hole. Use a drill press or mill, make a loop with some paracord, and the brush hangs easily on your grill.

Never used this as it arrived broken. I have reached out to the seller in several ways. Their website lists a phone number, but it is not a working number. It has a form to fill out for customer service but the submit button does not send the message. I can't find the email address on the website. I guess it just comes down to returning it to Amazon and getting my money back. All I wanted was a replacement head for the broken one I received. UPDATE- Processed a return through Amazon. Refund issued (minus shipping). As it happens - this Christmas (Dec 2025) I was gifted one of these and lo and behold- THE EXACT SAME PROBLEM happened. The tabs on the side of the grill head are simply not engineered well and they snap off or don't hold the head to the handle. This one had a faulty tab and wouldn't hold the head at all. The we discovered it was because the tab was loose. 2 for 2 fail on this product. If you get one be vigilant and return quickly if faulty.

Doesn't work any better than my stainless bristle brush and water sprayer, in fact this cleaner doesn't remove food particles from in between the grating bars.

I like how solid the brush is and how effective it is.

Not bad to clean the BBQ. Larger stuff stuck on needs to be scraped off still. 1 pad lasted the summer. Likely longer.

It works, but it works no better then $10 Palmyra Bristle brush. The clips that hold head to the handle don't seem very secure. This is the only grill brush I have even owned that doesn't come with something that allows you to hang it. If you go to their actual website, the actual want another $14 for a rubber hanger to put at the end of your handle. They know that there are issues with the cleaning head eventually not being able to stay connected to the handle, but they want you to pay another $14 for a 1 year protection plan to protect against that. It does work, just cost way too much to recommend. Pros - Does actually work at cleaning my grill. I have stainless steel grates. Not sure how effective it would be on cast iron. - Don't need to worry about any steel bristles getting stuck to your grill or your food. Cons - Expensive for what it is. - Need to spend another $14 if you want it to come with a hanger to hang. - Need to spend anohter $14 if you want warranty from manufacturing defects. - Does not work any better then options that are a lot cheaper. - Replacement heads themselves cost more then other grill brushes. If you are really set on buying it, it does work on my stainless steel grates, works well, and there are no bristles. However, I don't find it works any better then my $10 Palmyra Bristle brush, that I can also purchase replacement heads for just $5. The handle and one head would need to last over 5 years for this to be worth the cost.
