Does the Job
Years ago when I started experiencing moderate muscle spasms in my lower back the Chiropractor told me to ice my back for 15 minutes on & off which worked so well that I never had to visit him again. I would not use it until I was diagnosed but because my problem was nothing more than spasms it is a must have for me.

/WHAT A LIFESAVER
The first of June 2011 I,unfortunely,came down with the shingles,which is very painful. I could not find a cold compress anywhere.Went on the internet and found the Champion Therma cold Compress from Amazon.com. I am into my 10th week still in pain,but the Compress has been my lifesaver for all these weeks.

Not just an ice pack!
For such an inexpensive item, this pack has saved my life! I have troubling sleeping because of arthritic, messed up knees. One, in particular, wakes me up in burning pain most nights. I recently learned that going to bed with an ice pack on it really helps, but keeping one 'attached' to me was another story. No longer! Not only is this pack easily chilled, lasts just long enough to be useful, infinitely adjustable for multiple joints or areas and easy to wear...but the strap with velcro ends can be used with other packs, as well! I'm just so happy I got this! Great value!
